Q: How and when will I receive my images?

A: In 2-3 weeks** from your session, you'll gain access to your private online gallery (Exc. weddings and private events)
Weddings and Quinceañeras have a turnaround time of 6-8 weeks
Small events expect your galleries between 4-6 weeks

** TAT may be delayed between April-May during graduation season

Q: Do you retouch photos?

We do professionally edit each one of your photos, however we do not heavy Photoshop or change those things that make you authentically you

Q: Do you travel?

A: Yes I do! Additional fee applies if more than 25miles from Bay City!

0-25 miles - FREE
25-50 miles - $45 Flat Fee
50-70 miles - $65 Flat Fee

Q: How may I pay?

A: Acceptable forms of payment include: Cash, Cashapp ($ashleylaraphoto), PayPal (@ashlara), Venmo (@ashleylara-photo)

Q: Will you provide unedited photos?

A: All images are a representation of the artists talents, therefore, no photos will be sent unedited.

Punctuality.

I understand life happens so I ask for you to please communicate with me! Being late with no communication will result in a reduced number of final images in your gallery, and that’s no fun! Being more than 30 minutes late will result in rescheduling the session and a new booking fee will need to be paid.

Q: What if I need to cancel my session?

A: For private sessions, cancelations with more than 72 hours notice, your retainer can be used as a credit for a future session. For mini session events, all sales are final. You must be available for both the original date as well as the scheduled rain date. All sales are final!

Q: Do you own a studio?

A: YES! starting 2026 we will be able to accommodate studio sessions. Since our space is new please be patient as we upgrade equipment to guarantee the best quality for the future.
